Preparation
- In a large bowl, place the almond paste, lemon zest, egg yolk and baking powder. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are well incorporated and a smooth dough is obtained.
- Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
- Keep your hands moistened with orange blossom water or just water and start shaping the almond mixture into small balls the size of walnuts. Gently press on the balls and roll them in slices almonds until all sides are well covered.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
