  • 6 sachets cocoa powder Aiguebelle
  • 320 g butter
  • 290 g powdered sugar
  • 330 g flour
  • 7 eggs
  • 10 g baking powder

Preparation

  1.  Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Mix together the sugar and butter until you get a soft mixture.
  3. Add the eggs one by one while mixing.
  4. Add the flour and the baking powder. Mix well with a whisk.
  5. Add the Cocoa Powder Aiguebelle. Continue mixing.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold covered with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes.
