Ingredients
- 120 g dark chocolate Aiguebelle 72%, chopped into small pieces
- 3 medium-sized bananas
- 60 ml honey
- 1 egg
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 110 g whole wheat flour
- 20 g Aiguebelle cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- In a medium bowl and using a fork, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add the egg, oil, honey, and mix using a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous consistency then put aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla sugar.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well using a whisk until everything is combined.
- Add Aiguebelle dark chocolate 72%
- In a muffin pan, place muffin paper cups ,and pour in the preparation by filling the paper cups completely.
- Bake the muffins for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
