Ingredients

  • 120 g dark chocolate Aiguebelle 72%, chopped into small pieces
  • 3 medium-sized bananas
  • 60 ml honey
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla  sugar
  • 110 g whole wheat flour
  • 20 g Aiguebelle cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. In a medium bowl and using a fork, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, oil, honey, and mix using a whisk until you obtain a homogeneous consistency then put aside.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla sugar.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well using a whisk until everything is combined.

  7. In a muffin pan, place muffin paper cups ,and pour in the preparation by filling the paper cups completely.
  8. Bake the muffins for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
