Ingredients
- 1 tablet Aiguebelle Dark Chocolate Dessert 55%
- 150 ml liquid cream
- 150 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
- Chop the Aiguebelle Dark Chocolate Dessert Tablet 55% coarsely and place it in a bowl.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, pour the cream and milk and bring to a boil.
- In a bowl, place the egg yolks and sugar and mix with a whisk.
- Add the cream and warm milk to the yellow egg mixture while mixing to prevent the eggs from coagulating.
- Put everything back in the pan, then cook the cream over low heat while stirring constantly until it thickens slightly and coats your spatula.
- Pour the cream over the chocolate, reserve for 1 minute.
- Using a spatula, mix until you have a smooth cream without lumps.
- Pour in glasses.
- Reserve in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
